實名制購票說明

1. 本次活動採「實名制」，每位會員每個帳號限購一張。請先至 KKTIX 會員中心填寫或確認個人資料。訂單中的票券將自動帶入購票會員預先填寫的姓名（海外參與者請填寫與護照或居留證相同之姓名），且無法於購票過程中修改。
2. 購票會員本人須為入場者。請於購票過程中，在票券的「姓名」欄位正確填寫入場者資料，並務必於送出訂單前再次確認票券上的入場者資料正確無誤。
3. 票券上的姓名須與身分證明文件一致，請勿填寫特殊符號或字元。
4. 本次活動僅核對「紙本票券」，線上購票後請至「全家便利商店FamiPort機台」完成取票。（取票手續費每筆新台幣30元）
5. 一人一票憑票入場，請妥善保管票券，如有忘記攜帶、遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發或退換票券，亦無法入場。
6. 票券上之序號為進場順序，如有遲到、過號等情形，請依主辦單位指示列隊。
7. 參與者須填寫真實姓名、手機號碼等個人資訊，如使用虛假資訊或冒用他人身分報名，可能涉及相關法律責任，主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利取消該參與者訂單，請勿以身試法！
8. 活動當日請勿於現場進行私下交易、轉讓等行為，若經主辦單位發現，將列入後續活動之參與限制名單。

Real-Name Ticketing

1. This event uses a "real-name" ticketing system. Each KKTIX member account may purchase one ticket only. Please log in to your KKTIX Member Center in advance and make sure your personal information is complete and correct. The ticket holder's name will be automatically filled in based on the information registered by the purchasing member and cannot be changed during the ticket purchase process. Overseas participants must enter their name exactly as shown on their passport or residence permit.
2. The ticket purchaser must be the person attending the event. Please enter the attendee's information correctly in the "Name" field and carefully verify all information before submitting your order.
3. The name printed on the ticket must match the name on your identification document. Do not use special symbols or characters.
4. Only physical printed tickets will be accepted for admission. After purchasing your ticket online, please collect your physical ticket at a "FamiPort kiosk in a FamilyMart store". A ticket collection fee of NT$30 per order will apply.
5. Each person must present one valid ticket for admission. Please keep your ticket safe. Tickets that are forgotten, lost, damaged, destroyed, or illegible will not be reissued, replaced, or refunded, and admission will not be permitted.
6. The serial number printed on the ticket determines the order of entry. If you arrive late or miss your number, please follow the instructions of the event staff and join the line as directed.
7. Participants must provide accurate personal information, including their real name and mobile phone number. Providing false information or using another person's identity may result in legal consequences. The organizer and KKTIX reserve the right to cancel the participant's order. Please do not provide false or fraudulent information.
8. Private ticket transactions and ticket transfers are prohibited at the venue on the day of the event. Participants found engaging in such activities may be restricted from participating in future events organized by the organizer.

活動流程說明

1. 活動當日09:50開始報到，請依現場工作人員指示排隊，並備妥「紙本票券與身分證」，以利核對姓名；海外參與者請攜帶「附有照片的身分證明文件」，如護照、居留證等。
2. 驗票完成後，將依序提供「合照意願卡」，請勾選合照意願，並妥善保管此卡片，待進入會場後交還給現場工作人員。
3. 如報到後需暫時離開隊伍，請告知現場工作人員，並於10:20前回到現場，依工作人員指示排隊。
4. 活動當日10:20開始由工作人員帶隊至會場門口，請依工作人員指示依序入場。
5. 為維護現場安全，1v1見面會進行時，將安排一名工作人員於現場區域待命。

Event Procedures

1. Check-in begins at 09:50 on the day of the event. Please line up according to the instructions of the event staff and "have your physical ticket and identification document" ready for verification. Overseas participants must bring a photo ID, such as a passport or residence permit.
2. After verification, you will receive a "Photo Option Card". Please indicate whether you would like to have a photo taken and keep the card with you. You will need to hand it to the event staff when entering the venue.
3. If you need to temporarily leave the line after checking in, please inform the event staff and return to the venue by 10:20. Please rejoin the line according to the staff's instructions.
4. At 10:20, event staff will lead participants to the venue entrance. Please enter in order and follow all instructions from the event staff.
5. For safety and security purposes, one event staff member will be present in the event area during each 1-on-1 meet & greet session.

有關合照意願卡

1. 勾選「要合照」者，入場時請準備好手機。對談時間剩下15秒時，工作人員會主動提示進入合照，屆時請將手機開啟拍照模式並交給工作人員協助拍攝（連續數張合影），結束後恕不進行重拍。
2. 現場拍攝角度為固定角度，無法依要求變換拍攝角度，亦不提供自拍，如無法接受上述拍攝方式，請審慎考慮。
3. 勾選「不需要」者，將擁有完整的60秒對談時間。過程中，禁止使用手機拍照、錄影或錄音。結束後，請依工作人員引導離場。

Photo Option Card

1. If you select "Yes, I would like a photo", please have your mobile phone ready when entering the venue. When 15 seconds remain in your conversation, a staff member will notify you that it is time to take the photo. Please open your phone's camera and hand your phone to the staff member, who will assist in taking multiple consecutive photos. Retakes will not be available after the session ends.
2. Photos will be taken from a fixed angle. Requests to change the shooting angle cannot be accommodated, and selfies will not be available. Please consider these conditions carefully before participating if you are unable to accept them.
3. If you select "No, I do not need a photo", you will have the full 60 seconds for conversation. During the conversation, the use of mobile phones for photography, video recording, or audio recording is strictly prohibited. After the session ends, please leave the venue according to the staff's instructions.

注意事項

1. 「NIJISANJI EN 2026 - Alban Knox 1v1專屬見面會」之參與者，將於見面會當日離場時發放「票卡風壓克力收藏卡」與「紀念特典卡」各乙份。請於領取當下檢查特典是否完整，離場後恕不接受退換，敬請見諒。
2. 為維護參與者權益，請務必於指定時間內至現場報到；若於活動結束後才抵達，將無法參加見面會活動，但仍可領取見面會特典。
3. 為維護現場秩序，入場整隊期間，請盡量保持安靜，且全程禁止錄影或錄音。若經現場工作人員多次勸阻仍未改善，將請其離開現場，並取消見面會入場資格。
4. 如活動過程中參與者有失控等無法勸阻之行為，工作人員有權利中斷對談並請其離場。
5. 本次活動期間，現場工作人員不提供翻譯服務。
6. 本活動恕不接受任何給予演出者之贈禮。

Important Notes

1. Participants of the "NIJISANJI EN 2026 – Alban Knox 1-on-1 Meet & Greet" will receive "one Ticket-style Acrylic Collectible Card and one Commemorative Bonus Card" when leaving the venue on the day of the event. Please check that all benefits are included when you receive them. No exchanges or replacements will be accepted after leaving the venue.
2. To ensure a smooth event experience for all participants, please check in within the designated time. Participants who arrive after the meet & greet has ended will not be able to participate in the meet & greet, but will still be eligible to receive the event benefits.
3. To maintain order at the venue, please keep noise to a minimum while lining up for entry. Video and audio recording are strictly prohibited throughout the entire queueing process. If a participant repeatedly fails to comply after being warned by event staff, they may be asked to leave the venue, and their admission to the meet & greet will be cancelled.
4. If a participant exhibits disruptive or uncontrollable behavior during the event and fails to comply with staff instructions, the event staff reserve the right to terminate the conversation and ask the participant to leave the venue.
5. On-site event staff will not provide translation or interpretation services.
6. Gifts for the performer will not be accepted at this event.

1. 本節目網站購票僅接受已完成手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證之會員購買，購票前請先"加入會員"並盡早完成"手機號碼及電子郵件地址"驗證，以便進行購票流程。(進行手機號碼驗證，但收不到簡訊怎麼辦？請點我)
2. 為了確保您的權益，強烈建議您，在註冊會員或是結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用Yahoo或Hotmail郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到『訂單成立通知信』。
3. 每個訂單成立後會向您發出「訂單成立通知」電郵。電子郵件可能因不同因素未能寄到您的郵箱，因此僅作交易通知之用。沒收到「訂單成立通知」電郵不代表交易沒有成功。 在購票流程中 一旦無法確認訂單是否交易成功，請前往會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢您的消費資料。只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊；若查不到您所訂購的資訊或是收到訂單逾期取消的通知，即表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。若您是付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試用信用卡付款。
4. 演出當天需依票面序號入場，若有消費者未結帳或退票，即序號會有空號產生將不會遞補，因此序號的號碼會有超過場館容留數的可能性，但參與人數不會超過場館容納量。購票時序號在哪裡？請點我

退票說明

1. 根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本節目採用方案二：消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以收到退票申請日(未取票)或郵戳(已取票/實體票)為準，退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費，退款時間請詳閱 KKTIX退換票規定。

範例如下：

• 2026/11/04購買，退票截止日為2026/11/09 (含)，2026/11/10 (含)起的退票不再受理
• 未取票：如欲辦理退票請於退票期限內至以下連結填寫表單

注意事項

1. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
2. 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法!
3. 一人一票、憑票入場，孩童不分年齡亦需購票。
4. 演出當天需依票面序號入場，詳細序號位置請參閱 序號在哪裡。
5. 如遇票券毀損、滅失或遺失，主辦單位將依「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第七項「票券毀損、滅失及遺失之入場機制：主辦單位應提供消費者票券毀損、滅失及遺失時之入場機制並詳加說明。」之規定辦理，詳情請洽KKTIX客服中心。
6. 請勿攜帶相機、攝影機、DV、錄音機入場，未經主辦單位同意，禁止拍照、錄影、錄音。
7. 本節目禁止攜帶外食、飲料、任何種類之金屬、玻璃、寶特瓶容器、雷射筆、煙火或任何危險物品。
8. 各表演場館各有其入場規定，請持票人遵守之，遲到觀眾需遵守館方管制。
9. 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」，主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法!
10. 觀眾入場後，如發現有視線受阻之情形，應於演出開始後10分鐘內向現場工作人員提出反映；逾期未提出者，視同無異議，主辦單位或售票單位恕不受理任何事後之補償、退換或其他相關請求。
11. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意上述所有活動注意事項。
